Product guarantees and returns

If return or replacement becomes necessary, we will reimburse the amount paid with no extra charge to the customer.

All of our clients can exercise their right to return merchandise without any penalty as stated in Article No. 5 of the Legislative Decree of 22 May, 1999 No. 185. The intention to return a product must be reported by fax or e-mail within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. (in case of e-mail, a registered letter must follow within 48 hours of the e-mail)

Products will be reshipped within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Upon verification of the above conditions, ALiblabla will reimburse the amount paid for the product, within 30 days from the time we receive notification of your intention to return the product.

Aliblabla manages payments on-line through the system of Sella Bank which applies an automatic cipher system for reserved information. The info is transfered from your computer to Sella Bank's computer system with the help of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, equal to 128-bit cypher keys (maximum length available).

The credit card number and information related to it are provided only to Bank Sella; therefore, neither Aliblabla personnel nor anyone else besides PayPal employees have any access to the transaction data.
